CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT 

After crossing the border and arriving to Gomel foreign citizen must apply to the Admissions Office of the University (Room 1-4) and provide originals of the following documents:

   o a passport with the entry visa to the Republic of Belarus;
   o an application indicating the chosen course;
   o original of school certificate indicating subjects, exams taken and marks ;
   o a general medical certificate, vaccination certificate, AIDS-test certificate and a chest-x ray, vaccination certificate issued by an official medical organ of the applicant's country of residence;
   o 6 photos 3х4 cm;
   o a birth certificate;
   o a policy of compulsory medical insurance.

Besides the listed documents, their translation into Russian attested by a notary is needed.

FURTHER PROCEDURE  

After submitting the documents to the Admissions Office the applicant must:

1. Apply for a temporary residence. The required documents are to be submitted to the International Relations Department (room 3-28).
   Registration (temporary residence) of a foreign citizen is formalized within 5 days from the moment of crossing the border of the Republic of Belarus The state fee is about 13$. 
2. Pass an interview for the knowledge of the Russian language.
3. Pass primary medical examination at the Health Service Department of the University. .
4. Settle into the dormitory.
5. Conclude a study agreement.
6. Pass a medical examination at the territorial public health organization of the Republic of Belarus by the assignment of the University (withing10 days upon the arrival).
7. Pay the tuition fee.
8. Pay the dormitory fee.

Order for enrollment to the University is issued after the tuition fee is paid.

Upon arrival at the University foreign citizens must make provision of the following costs (price per academic year 2017/2018):

     o Supplementary medical examination in the polyclinic - 95$;
     o Compulsory medical insurance for 1 year (except the sitizens of the Republic Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Moldova) - 200$;
     o Registration at the department of Citizenship and Migration - 50$;
     o Living in a dormitory (per year) - from 450$;
     o Procurement of a visa for a trip home during holidays - 35$.

   Tuition fee and dormitory fee are annually reconsidered before the beginning of the academic year and amendments are possible. Tuition fee and dormitory fee must be paid in Belarusian roubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the day of payment.
