   Dear school-leavers,
   You are full of vim and vigour to enter independent living, so it is very important not to be mistaken with the choice of profession.
   The Belarusian Trade and Economics University of Consumer Cooperatives (BTEU) trains specialists who fully meet requirements of today.
   Graduates are awarded a state approved diploma. Today, the University is one of the largest economic higher educational establishments providing multidisciplinary training and retraining in 12 specialties and 25 specializations.
   About 10,000 students annually study at the University. During the years of fruitful activity more than 35,000 highly qualified specialists have graduated from BTEU for the sake of the system of Consumer Cooperatives and other branches of national economics.
   There is a wide range of specialties at the University. In the University announced admission to the following specialties:

Documents required for admission

   The University provides daytime and correspondence training over full and shortened terms.
Those who finished secondary schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, vocational schools and colleges (not corresponding to the University curriculum) can be enrolled to the full term of training (daytime department – 4 years, correspondence department – 5 years).
   Applicants entering the full term of daytime or correspondence department take entrance exams in the form of centralized test in the Belarusian or Russian language (optional), Mathematics and Foreign Language.
Those who got secondary education corresponding to the curricula of BTEU specialties can be enrolled to the shortened term of training (daytime department – 3 years, correspondence department – 4 years).
Applicants entering the full term of daytime or correspondence department take entrance exams in the form of centralized test in Belarusian or Russian language (optional), and two special subjects (in written form at the University).
   Applicants are selected among other candidates basing on the total score calculated by the results of entrance exams and average grade of education certificate.
   The categories of applicants specified in the Regulations of Admission to the Higher Educational Establishments of the Republic of Belarus can be enrolled preferentially.
   Admission to BTEU is based on the selection that corresponds to the key figures of enrolment on the paid basis made by legal entities (including Organizations of Consumer Cooperatives) or individuals. Applicants who have an education contract with an organization of consumer cooperatives can tender for training at daytime department at the expense of Consumer Cooperatives. Applicants having an educational contract with an organization of Consumer Cooperatives and working at Consumer Cooperation can tender for training at correspondence department at the expense of Consumer Cooperatives.
